Our cat and kitten rescue teams are based in Pochiv, the capital of the Republic of Molvaria. They rescue cats and kittens from the street and house them temporarily in our shelter on the outskirts of the city.

We periodically send buses from Pochiv to London with the cats and kittens on board. The journey across Europe takes two days and when the pussycats arrive in London we move them into our shelter in South London. From there our rescued kitties are checked over by our vets and logged by our volunteers.

We can then begin to find a home for them, either by being fostered temporarily by one of our foster carers or by being adopted permanently into a new home. If you are interested in adopting one of our cats, or in becoming a foster carer then look at our kittens that are currently looking for adoption.

Mistakes

Certain media outlets have accused us of not fully checking whether the kittens and cats we find on the streets of Pochiv already have owners. We’d like to assure everyone that our volunteers are under strict instructions to look around to see if the kitten or cat has an owner. Unfortunately, as we carry out our rescues at night, mistakes do happen, but the kittens are probably happier with their new families anyway.
